So guess what? No scar. None. I for sure thought I would have one. But it healed so fast. I'm talking fast enough that I had to get the stitches removed early. The doctor who removed them was even surprised at the rate it was healing, and the lack of scar tissue.
In a way, I'm kind of sad. I sort of wanted a scar.. as morbid as that might sound.
But it's been days since you could even see that anything was ever wrong with my neck. DAYS.
I don't understand.
It's weird.
It's unfair.
No scar.

It seemed like danger, trouble, followed us. Us. Wes and I. It was like the combination of the two of us had explosive effects. Harmless when I'm alone. Or with anyone else for that matter. But with him .. there was no escape. Like two harmless elements combining, forming a toxin. Well, maybe not two harmless. It seemed Wes had enough disaster following him as is. Maybe it wasn't the combination of us at all, maybe it was just him. Given the past couple weeks, I'd say that was a sound theory.
At least it was good to know trouble wasn't following me.
Given all of this, I don't know why I even dare see him. The danger. It's not exhilarating. I don't enjoy the adrenaline rush that comes .. sometimes. It's not like I have a death wish, and hanging out with him would be an easy way to accomplish it, without me ever having to lift a finger.The disaster that followed him was not something I enjoyed in any way. I'm not masochistic.
But I have, what will probably be, a scar to prove it.
To prove the danger.
Damn him, and me, for this.

So.. here she is. A beautiful little gift given by Papa Sash. Don't even bother going to a BMW dealer trying to snag yourself one. This puppy isn't even in production. Ah, the wonders being a Sloan can do. They never had a chance, they couldn't resist.
That's right, bitches. The speedometer goes up to 330 mph.
